LUCKY DAY

The long over due of updating my blog


What a lucky Sunday for me and some of my mates in Bukit Jalil Hockey Stadium.

In the recent Samsung Champions Trophy hockey tournament in Malaysia last week ,

were the Germany beat Australia 1-0 in Sunday's final.

There I meet so good and wonderful Souls , where i was so luck to have them over there,

which are Sdr Avtar Singh Bhurji and Mr Tim Myers ( Tim brought Paul Lissek to meet us as their are buddies)

Sdr Avtar Singh Bhurji , had played for Uganda and Kenya National Hockey team in the 60's (Olympic ) or 70's as well as Mr Tim Myers played for Australia (Olympic team) during the same times,

i was so lucky to met them and listen to their experiences in the world of hockey and life,

as i spoke to Sdr Avtar he told me that how was his journey from Uganda to Kenya and then of to London for the future of his kids and family,

both of them are retired and have dedicated their souls to field hockey and travel around the world to watch all the major hockey tournaments,
